This dual-action formula melts into hair and softens it, helping to balance the scalp's microbiome* and enhance hair. Infused with betaine and provitamin B5, the hydrating conditioner makes hair easier to detangle, softer, and smoother.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

After shampooing, apply Revlon RE/START moisturizing and melting conditioner for dry hair. Apply to towel-dried hair. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
